My spiritual journey began as a personal path of self-discovery, healing, and growth. As I continues along this journey, I began to see myself differently-I became a stronger, more aware, and more authentic version of myself.

Along the way, I came across my mentor’s page and felt deeply connected to the work she was doing: helping one soul at a time. I visited her website and discovered that she offered teachings, so I took her class. As I learned and grew, something within me said, “This is where I’m meant to be.”

That experience helped me recognize that my journey wasn’t only about my own transformation-it was also preparing me to help others discover theirs.

I believe the mind plays an important role in our spiritual journey. The way we think, the beliefs we carry, and the stories we tell ourselves and the world around us.
